Our Next Global Delegation will be 2026!
The Global Delegation is an integral part of CWD and its history. These trips facilitate conversations with women leaders in democracies around the world. We meet with politicians, human rights and non-profit organizations, industry leaders, and indigenous peoples.
The goal of our 2024 Peru delegation was an exchange of ideas and building connections with peers. We learned about the challenges and successes they've had in the advancement and protection of women's and girls rights and, about their efforts to advance democratic ideals and strengthen institutions in Peru.
Global Delegations are a great opportunity to make friends and create networks across the world. During these trips you will form life-long friendships with each other and the people we meet!
Past Trips
Past Global Delegations locations have included Peru, Chile, Cuba, Morocco, Vietnam, South Africa, Sweden, the Baltics, Rwanda, Israel and Palestine, and Iceland.

We had our heads and hearts filled with these mind-bending experiences and then we’d get on a bus, sit next to someone randomly, and just unload until we got to our next destination.
