The CWD Leadership Development Series provides leadership training for women of all ages, backgrounds, and career stages.
We are very excited to host KD Hall of KD Hall Foundation and founder of Girls on the Rise, a program that teaches skills of self-efficacy and leadership to high-achieving young women. She will share her pathway to leadership and insights that she has gathered along the way that can inspire you to lead where you land.
She's joined by Olivia Goodwin and Allyniah Brown, two participants of Girls on the Rise, who will share their stories and their insights on what leadership means to them.

KD Hall | She/Her
KD is an acclaimed Communicator, Storyteller, Filmmaker, Professor, and Leadership Expert, Leading 21st Century Opportunities for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Numerous accolades, various recognitions, and four Emmy Awards nominations define her passion and commitment to everything she leads.
As a leadership development expert, she oversees projects and initiatives that span the gamut from business strategy and workforce plans to crucial conversations, media training, and DISC personality assessments for improved interdepartmental communication. With her exceptional skills and assistance, many Washington state CEOs have benefited from her expertise as a primary consultant.
Propelled by her passion for uplifting those in need, she established the KD Hall Foundation in 2015 to advance gender equality and address issues affecting women and girls. KD created the College Ambassador Program to give young women ages 17–24 the opportunity to gain leadership skills in community service, attaining support from the State of Washington to nurture and expand access to the programs.
